• Design of a future IT function, the processes, tools, and techniques required, and helping the organisation migrate from the current state to the desired future design.

• A review of current IT budgets, and benchmarking current salaries
• Investigation of outsourcing as an option for some or all IT services, defining the required service levels, and identifying suitable suppliers
