- Reviewing current investment in IT (people and technology), comparing with industry/competitors and advising on next steps to increase return on investment
- Assessing the strengths and areas for development of current IT staff
- Improving IT processes and project management capability
- Reviewing the effectiveness of a current IT organisations structure, and developing plans for improvement
- Reviewing how venture capital could be sourced, and undertaking initial analysis with our partner organisations as to the likely success.
- Reviewing the business risk posed by projects or change in business needs and developing plans to contain them
- Identifying which training courses would be of benefit to specific employees within an IT function
- Reviewing the status of a current supplier relationship and considering how this could be improved to the benefit of both parties.
- Assessing whether outsourcing or offshore IT development would be a suitable option and would fit with the organisations culture.
