New systems where delivered as planned, processes were transformed, and projected cost savings of £15m p.a. were achieved.
The project also ensured:

• Management buy-in to the project was established from the start
• A common vision was defined and shared by all.
• A low risk approach was enabled through the use of prototyping techniques.
