The project required the following activities:
- Facilitation of senior management workshops to build buy-in to the vision and explore potential solutions that would enable the business goals.
- Management of the resulting process models and efforts from several departments to ensure consistency and interoperability without compromising overall objectives. These were then used as the basis for all detailed requirements definition and software development.
- Negotiation with external service providers to establish the support service requirements.
- Presentation of the high-level business design to the board in order to ensure sponsorship.
- Management of the production of the system software specifications and proof-of-concept prototypes for all major systems.
- Project management all the applications for the mobile sales force
- Ongoing input into the hardware, communications, and central systems migration strategy documents.
